How to Prepare

No alcohol 24 hours before

Avoid Advil, Aspirin & fish oil 5–7 days prior

Stay well-hydrated

No dental appointments 2 weeks before or after

Consider Arnica tablets 2–3 days before if prone to bruising

What to Expect After

Lips may feel firm or uneven at first — this is normal

Some swelling is expected (especially day 2)

Use ice packs in 10-minute intervals to reduce swelling

Avoid kissing, makeup, or hot drinks for 24 hours

Full results appear once swelling subsides at ~2 weeks

Side Effects & Safety
